• Accomplishment: Turnbow returns to the mat this season in gymnastics after suffering ankle injuries in the district and state meets. Already she has posted an 9.45 score on the bars against Auburn Mountainview, Kentlake and Olympia, on Dec. 11.

• Favorite movie: “Remember the Titans”

• Most recent book read/author: “Breaking Dawn” by Stephenie Meyer.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would invite, and what would you serve?: Mr. Goethals, the weight training teacher. I would serve greasy pizza.

• Also noted: Turnbow maintains a 3.9 GPA and is currently enrolled in Running Start classes at Green River Community College. She also competes with the South Elite All-star competitive cheer squad.

MITCH HAGERTY

AUBURN RIVERSIDE

• Favorite class: DECA

• Accomplishment: Hagerty, a 6-2 guard, poured in 71 points in three games this past week, including a 31-point, 10-rebound, 7-assist game against Kent Meridian on Dec. 13. Hagerty was 17-of-18 from the free throw line during the three-game stretch.

• Favorite movie: “Anchorman”

• Most recent book read/author: “A Brief History of Time” by Stephen Hawking.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would invite, and what would you serve?: Jessica Alba and I would serve Mac-n-Cheese!

• Also noted: Hagerty was an all-league SPSL 3A selection last season and plays the piano.
