Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between April 21 and 24:
April 21
Burglary: Overnight, 3640 C St. NE. Suspects bent on burglary cut open a business’ 8-foot, razorwire-topped fence, climbed over the pointy stuff, broke into a locked trailer and took nothing.
Burglary: Overnight, 1247 Auburn Way N. Somebody broke out a business’ front glass door, that’s for sure, but did the burglars take anything, that’s not for sure.
Theft: 11:20 a.m., 1400 block of 22nd Street Southeast. Per the latest chapter in an ongoing dispute between neighbors, person A stole fence boards from person B, angering person B.
Assault: 9:51 p.m., 2400 block of Auburn Way N. Police arrested a woman for attacking her daughter with a knife.
April 22
Theft: 10 a.m., 4700 block of Auburn Way North. An employee of a local medical facility allegedly took an undisclosed amount of money from the front counter cash box, left the store and has since been unreachable.
Trespassing: 315 p.m., 1407 Auburn Way S. Eagle Leather told two chaps to hit the road.
Strong arm street robbery: 4:35 p.m., 3902 A St. SE. A man pushed an ATM patron, stole $60 from him or her and scampered.
April 23
Vandalism: Overnight, 1200 block of 28th Street Southeast. A woman reported that someone had damaged her car overnight, in an undisclosed manner.
Burglary: Overnight, 110 block of 7th Street Northeast. Persons unknown burglarized the secured lot of an automotive repair shop, broke into many cars on the lot and stole electronics.
Disorderly conduct: 7:42 p.m., 1300 M St. SE. A male — no general age given — ran in front of a moving vehicle and was hit.
April 24
Robbery with firearm: 2:16 a.m., 700 Interurban Trail S. In the wee hours of the morning, somebody robbed a 17-year-old boy of something, at gunpoint, on the Interurban Trail.
April 26
Trespassing: 10:19 a.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Drive SW. A man’s undisclosed shenanigans earned him a 2-year ban from all property associated with The Outlet Collection mall.
Assault: 2 p.m., 1420 17th St. SE. A man tried to strangle his girlfriend and destroyed property in the home.
Shoplifting 1: 2:56 p.m., 762 Outlet Collection Drive SW. Having picked out merchandise, a man presented the items for a refund and police arrested him.
Shoplifting 2: 5:20 p.m., 762 Outlet Collection Drive SW. A woman selected merchandise and then presented the items for a refund and police busted her.
