Tell Mayor Lewis and his task force to check out the bicycle races through downtown Boise, Idaho every summer.

I’m not a bicycle “groupie,” but watching those races through the streets of downtown Boise on a nice, summer evening was very entertaining and highly interesting.

Putting that in place to focus attention on Auburn for a day, or a week, would make a big difference to our local economy and promote the idea. It’s something to check out if the task force is serious about creating a “bicycle city.”
