Auburn home prices were up 2 percent in May compared to the same month last year, but sales dropped 11.5 percent, according to Redfin, a Seattle-based real estate company.

May’s median home price in Auburn was $265,000. The median price for single-family homes in Auburn was $284,560 and $138,000 for condos.

Auburn homes spent an average of 22 days on the market in May. A total of 131 homes was sold.
