The 2010 Local Street Pavement Preservation project will perform evening/nighttime construction activities on Friday (Jan. 28) on 1st Street Northeast between Auburn Way N and D Street Northeast from 4 p.m. to midnight.

Construction activities will also take place on Monday (Jan. 31) and Tuesday (Feb. 1) from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the same location.

During construction, 1st Street Northeast will be closed to westbound traffic and northbound Auburn Way N will be reduced to one lane intermittently. First Street Northeast will remain open to eastbound traffic but delays should be anticipated.

The project will replace a portion of the water main on 1st Street Northeast.
