Algona Days included a traditional parade, a rummage sale, pie eating contest, lawn mower races, entertainment, food, games and crafts.
Autopsy found he died as a result of “acute drug intoxication including fentanyl.”
Public safety funding, budget gap problems and local projects are on the table.
