Holy Family Middle School Band, under the direction of Deanna Reitan, recently performed at the Canterbury House, a skilled nursing home facility in Auburn.
Band members in grades 6-8 practice every day before school. Visiting artists come to practice and mentor the students, helping them improve and learn their instruments, according to Principal Katy Feeney.
