AUBURN

• Grade: Junior.

• Sport: Football.

• Accomplishment: One of the key cogs in the fifth-ranked Trojans’ high-powered offense, Young went for 127 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries, helping Auburn throttle Kentlake, 42-7, Oct. 10 in a South Puget Sound League North Division showdown.

• Favorite class: Weightlifting.

• Favorite movie: Spider-man.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite (actress) Jessica Alba and I would serve her spam, rice and eggs.

• Also noted: Young hopes to attend the University of Washington after high school.

HILLARY FRETT,

AUBURN MOUNTAINVIEW

• Grade: Sophomore.

• Sport: Soccer.

• Accomplishment: Frett, a midfielder, delivered a pair of goals on Oct. 9, helping the Lions turn back South Puget Sound League 3A rival Franklin Pierce, 6-0.

• Favorite class: Biology and Anatomy.

• Favorite movie: Forrest Gump.

• Most recent book read/author: “Twilight” by Stephanie Meyer.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would have Sandra Bullock over. I really like her movies and think she’s an amazing person. I would serve double cheeseburgers.

• Also noted: Frett also competes on the Auburn Mountainview track team and competes in the 300-meter hurdles and the javelin.

TRAVIS HANLEY,

AUBURN

• Grade: Senior.

• Sport: Tennis.

• Accomplishment: Hanley, playing No. 1 singles, improved to 6-1 on Oct. 9 with a 6-4, 6-3 win over Auburn Riverside’s Jerad Schrader. The win helped the

Trojans beat Auburn Riverside for the first time in school history.

• Favorite class: Advanced Volleyball.

• Favorite movie: Happy Gilmore.

• Most recent book read/author: “The Inner Game of Tennis” by W. Timothy Gallwey.

• If you could invite anyone in the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you serve: I would invite John McCain, Sarah Palin’s daughter (Bristol) and Maria Sharapova. I would serve an abundance of fruit, snacks, Kashi cereal, Subway sandwiches and smoothies.

• Also noted: Hanley boasts a 3.8 grade-point average, is part of National Honor Society and American Legion.
