An Auburn tradition – the Santa Parade and City Hall Christmas Tree Lighting – brought holiday cheer to chilly downtown Saturday.

The festive and fun children’s parade preceded community caroling and the lighting of the tree.

A Snack and Craft event at Washington Elementary allowed families to create fun holiday gingerbread houses and ornaments.
