The Solid Rock Cruisers
is holding its sixth annual Cruise to the Park on Saturday at Les Gove Park, 800 9th St. SE, Auburn.
The classic car show is open to all makes, models and years of cars and trucks. Entry fee is non-perishable food items to benefit the homeless of South King County.
Gates open for the car show registration at 9 a.m. Trophies will be awarded around 3 p.m. The event is free to the public. Goody bags will go to the first 125 cars entered. No pre-registration required.
The show will include raffles, games, music, a concert by Outreach, an appearance by Miss Auburn, a plastic model car contest, vendors and food.
Proceeds from the show will benefit Vine Maple Place (for homeless families), Action International in Gulu, Uganda, Highline Missions Mexico, and woodstoves for poor families without heat in Romania.
