Auburn Regional, Scarff Ford team up on free breast cancer screening Oct. 11

Auburn Regional Medical Center and the Ford Women's Health Initiative will provide free breast imaging ultrasounds Oct. 11 at the hospital, 202 North Division St., Auburn.

Auburn Regional Medical Center and the Ford Women’s Health Initiative will provide free breast imaging ultrasounds Oct. 11 at the hospital, 202 North Division St., Auburn.

Women can receive free 3D ultrasound breast cancer screenings from the Ford Women’s Health Initiative breast imaging bus. The imaging bus will travel throughout the Northwest during October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Local dealer Scarff Ford helped bring the bus to Auburn.

Screenings are provided in a 40-foot, state-of-the-art mobile coach equipped with the latest technology in 3D breast cancer imaging.
