Cindy Henson of Auburn, an agent for Farmers Insurance Group, has achieved the company’s highest award to district managers and agents for “outstanding overall performance.”
Henson joins a select group of fellow achievers as a member of the prestigious Presidents Council.
Mhayse Samalya, president of distribution, announced the selection of Henson at Farmers’ Los Angeles-based home office. Presidents Council members will be honored at a conference held at Maui, Hawaii.
“Council selections are based on outstanding customer service, sales production in all insurance lines, overall professional competence and maintenance of the highest quality standards,” Samalya said.
The prestigious Presidents Council membership is attained by only a small percentage of district managers and agents serving Farmers’ customers throughout 41 states. 160 individuals earned the distinct honor to attend the conference this year.
Farmers’ senior management meets annually at the Presidents Council with their top agency force members to review and discuss key issues affecting customers and the insurance industry.
Henson represents Farmers’ member companies in automobiles, homeowners, life and business insurance.
