Chamber presents Business and Hiring Expo on Thursday

The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Auburn present the Business and Hiring Expo on Thursday, May 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Emerald Downs, third floor, 2300 Emerald Downs Way.

The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Auburn present the Business and Hiring Expo on Thursday, May 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Emerald Downs, third floor, 2300 Emerald Downs Way.

The Expo is a “one-stop shop” offering the latest products, services and technologies by local and regional companies. Businesses will sell their products and exhibiting their services.

Visitors can find plenty of attractions and features.

“The purpose of the Expo is to engage our local community to join us and see all that our region has to offer,” said Julia Jordan, chamber president and CEO. “The expo is free to the public. We will be giving away several door prizes – no purchase necessary – courtesy of our businesses and cool swag bags for the first 100 attendees packed full of promotional items from our exhibitors. We want to show you all of the hidden gems we have here in Auburn and the region.”

Job seekers will find a wealth of opportunities. A variety of employers from the public and private sectors will look to hire for immediate openings in a wide range of fields.
