Once again, we are having problems having our mail delivered. We have lived at this address less than a year, and it has been a regular occurrence that there are problems with the delivery of packages.

The latest issue is a package that has not been delivered because “the business was closed.” This is a house address, not a business.

Phone calls do not get answered. The message on the phone system says please call back during operating hours – and this message is played during operating hours.

Your job is to deliver the mail. The USPS has been paid to ship and deliver items in a timely manner.

I am finished dealing with Auburn Post Office at 11 3rd St. NW.

As one who has worked for the Postal Inspection Service, I am completely horrified at the lack of efficiency of this unit.
