The third annual State Agency Softball Tournament, a benefit for Seattle Children’s, comes to Auburn’s Brannan Park on Saturday,

The tournament, scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Brannan Park, 1019 28th St. NE, Auburn, includes a barbecue and raffle with all proceeds going to the hospital.

The WorkSource Auburn Bravehearts, coach by Albert Garza, will defend their title as they battle the WorkSource Rainier Hawks and coach Lucy Mulumba, the Hackers (coach Mark Borgaard) from the Information Technology & Business Integration Division, and teams from the Departments of Corrections, the Secretary of State’s Office and the Department of Social & Health Services.

The games will last until about 2:30 p.m., followed by a raffle with more than 30 items – Seattle Mariners tickets, gift certificates, baseball caps and more – up for grabs. Raffle tickets will be sold for $1 each.

A barbecued hot dog, chili, water and chips will be available for $3.
