StoryBook Theater is back at the Auburn Ave to delight audiences young and old with “The Elves & the Toymaker” on Nov. 26.
The curtains open at 6:30 p.m. at the historic theater, 10 Auburn Ave.
“The Elves & the Toymaker” – presented by Auburn Ave Kids – is a charming story about a Toymaker’s little helpers, the disappearance of toys and the true meaning of giving.
It’s the holiday season and a Toymaker and his wife have been working day and night to get toys ready to give to boys and girls everywhere. But on the morning they are to be delivered the Toymaker discovers all the toys have disappeared. Instead of giving up, the Toymaker and his wife decide to rebuild, but they just can’t finish in time. Two silly and very generous Elves decide they want to help the Toymaker by secretly finishing the job. In true StoryBook Theater fashion, this holiday musical will delight audiences and remind everyone that the spirit of giving is truly the greatest gift of all.
