Carol Ann (Partridge) Carnahan
Carol Ann (Partridge) Carnahan passed away at her home on March 28th. She was born in Chadron, Nebraska to John and Gertrude Partridge.The family moved to Auburn, WA in 1943, where they were raised and educated.She married Michael Carnahan in 1962. They raised their
children locally.Through the years she worked at Boeing(Seattle), a legal secretary in Auburn, a school secretary in Enumclaw, an office manager for Square D in Orting and for Al Mathews Corp., in Federal Way. Carol taught piano lessons for many years in the Auburn area and continued teaching everywhere she went. After moving to Montana in 1992 she attended University of Montana in Missoula. In 1995 she became music director at First Christian Church in Hamilton until 2007. Carol was predeceased by her parents,John and Gertrude and two brothers Charles and Kenneth and her daughters Jill Wilson and Kerrin Lynn (Stefan)Carnahan-Heino. She is survived by her husband of 46 years Michael Carnahan, and four children, Mark Wilson of Idaho,Paula Reavis of California, Greg Wilson of Washington, Pegi Carnahan of Washington, her brother James of Auburn, WA,
nine grandchildren, and a growing list of great-grandchildren.A celebration of her life will be held on April 14th at 2:00pm,at the Church of the Nazarene, 930 E. James St., Kent, WA. Donations can be made to: ALS Assoc., Evergreen Chpt.,19110 66th Ave. S, G-101, Kent, WA. 98032.
