Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between Nov. 25 and Dec. 2:
Nov. 25
Vandalism: Overnight, 702 W. Main St. Somebody, or an unknown quantity of somebodies, vandalized a window and vehicles at Auburn Dairy Products.
Nov. 30
Theft: 9:30 a.m., 6737 Elizabeth Loop SE. A thief took advantage of an open garage door to steal items undisclosed.
Dec. 1
Marijuana: 11:07 a.m., 711 E. Main St. Auburn High School authorities suspended a student for possession of marijuana and tobacco.
Vandalism: Overnight, 504 W. Main St. For the fifth time in a year, unknown vandals pitched a rock through the large window at the front of the House of Vacuums.
False information or report: 6:27 p.m., 1200 block of A Street Northeast. Police busted two men at Lowe’s for lying about their names after store security, noticing them acting in ways unique to the shoplifting set, contacted them about previous thefts there. One of the men had $536.98 worth of items in his shopping cart, which he had abandoned inside the store before store security contacted him.
Dec. 2
Cat bite: 8 p.m., 2402 Auburn Way S. A cat bit someone, and that someone called animal control.
Weapons offense: 8:01 p.m., 1st Avenue North and Milwaukee Boulevard. One enraged driver pointed a firearm at another driver.
Vandalism: Overnight, 505 17th St. SE. Vandals damaged a window at Holy Family Catholic Church.
