The City of Auburn celebrated the Fourth of July the way it traditionally does – with a bang. There was good music, a parade, food and many activities.
Highlighting the festivities
was the annual kids’ bike parade. The noon parade was led by festively-decorated golf carts carrying Auburn Mayor Pete Lewis, councilmembers and other dignitaries from around the Auburn valley.
Free festival activities
include a children’s craft tent, bocce ball, laser tag, gaming stations, museum activities and much more.
More than 50 craft vendors offered an array of hand-crafted items, from jewelry and wooden toys to fine art.
