Auburn Mountainview had no problem putting away rival Auburn Riverside 12-4 in a girls water polo season opener Thursday at the Auburn School District Pool.

Savanna Warner had six goals for Auburn Mountainview, and Avalon Lanz added five goals.

For the Ravens, Charissa Dorn scored three goals and Alyssa Esparza had one goal.

The Lions host Kentridge at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday and travel to Sumner for 3 p.m. match Thursday.
