Northwesterners are invited to “Get Your Dream On” when Seattle Home Show 2, the fall version of one of the oldest and largest home shows in the country, opens its doors Oct. 4-6 at the CenturyLink Filed Event Center, 800 Occidental Ave. S., Seattle.
Everything from backyard entertainment systems (complete with Bluetooth capabilities) to “man cave” living will be on display at the annual home improvement extravaganza.
Sleek modern lines, especially mid-century modern, family gathering spaces and remodeling are just some of the top trends the public will be able to see at this year’s show, which features nearly 400 exhibits devoted to the latest in everything for the home, from remodeling to financing.

Show hours are: Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Admission is $12 for adults, $8 for seniors (60 and older), $3 juniors (7-15) and under 7 are free.
