Poetry and music come to historic Mary Olson Farm on Saturday, Aug. 24.

Everyone is welcome to the free program, Poets on the Farm, from 1 to 4 p.m., at the landmark hamlet, 28728 Green River Road SE, Kent.

Bring your favorite poems to share, listen to the music of Michael Whittens, explore the farm and visit the animals. Listen to poets Carl Palmer and Jane Lang and enjoy a writing exercise or two.

The White River Museum, city of Auburn, and Northwest Renaissance present the program.
