Do you know what to do following a disaster? Do you know what to do if an emergency impacts your neighborhood? Do you want to know how you can gain the training to protect yourself, your family and your community?

The public is invited to join the City of Pacific Emergency Management Citizen Advisory Committee at its inaugural Community Dialogue of Emergency Management at 6:30-8 p.m. June 1 at the Pacific/Algona Community Center gym, 100 3rd Ave SE.

A free stone soup dinner is 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the senior center.

Residents, business and nonprofits will have the opportunity to discuss with city officials the “All of Community Approach” to emergency preparedness.
