A “Sister’s” Rememberance
From bouncing on the old green couch with blankets over our heads to discussing our family history and computers, I shall always fondly remember my “big brother, Louis Frederick Hough (“Ricky” to his aunts, uncles, and cousins).
He passed from this world a year ago on his birthday, 10 December 2020. Even though I miss Rick greatly, he will also be missed by his wife, Nancy Lynn Walker. Married over 55 years, they had four sons (Eric, Malachi, Wally, & Peter) and a one grandson (Nathanial).
Graduated from Whitman College with a duel major in math and physics, Rick was hired by Boeing as a computer programmer/engineer. In his forty years with the company, he worked with test pilots, astronauts, and others to further the science of flight.
I hope that he is “flying high” with all those who knew, worked, and went before him.
