Kevin Wendell Kopp, Seattle, Wash. resident, died Saturday, October 15, of urothelial cancer.
Born on April 23, 1964 in Pasadena, Calif., Kevin lived in Washington state most of his life. He had a heart for youth, the gift of logistics, a talent for storytelling, and a love for volleyball and the great outdoors. Kevin used his many talents to serve the youth in multiple churches and camp settings for over forty years. Since 2006, he worked for the American Red Cross as a regional logistics specialist.
He is survived by his father John Kopp, Auburn; and sons Trevor and Trent Kopp, Edina, Minn.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. at Highlands Community Church, 3031 NE 10th St., Renton. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the American Red Cross.
