Dairy Queen of Pacific is raising much-needed dollars for kids and families who desperately need the services the "Y" provides but who cannot afford the full cost.

Dairy Queen of Pacific is raising much-needed dollars for kids and families who desperately need the services the “Y” provides but who cannot afford the full cost.

Tracey Apata’s franchise on 425 Ellingson Road is supporting the cause with a three-hour fundraiser – from 5-8 p.m. Feb. 22 – for the Y (formerly YMCA) Partners with Youth Campaign. Part of the proceeds from the sale of food and ice cream favorites during that period will benefit the program.
