Auburn Stake members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints recently conducted a thorough cleanup of Flaming Geyser State Park, part of the Day of Service Northwest 2010 campaign.
Members also went to Nolte State Park to place a heavy setting of posts along the interpretive trail.
The effort involved 216 volunteers who donated 317 hours of service to an appreciative park service beset with significant budget cuts.
