Gardeners and lawn owners may soon find the process of buying fertilizer in Washington State slightly more complicated.
Gov. Chris Gregoire signed two bills on Friday to extend federally funded unemployment benefits and permanently reduce state taxes on those benefits. The bill signing ended weeks of contentious debate in the Washington State Legislature over unemployment insurance.
