AAA Washington recently hired Brendan Carroll, an Auburn resident, as a regional travel manager.

Carroll will be responsible for managing the success of teams in Western Washington including AAA office locations in Bremerton, Federal Way, Olympia, Puyallup, Renton, Seattle, Tacoma and Vancouver.

Carroll has more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry. Prior to AAA Washington he was a senior account representative at the Hertz Corporation, and earlier in his career, Carroll owned a Bellevue-based travel agency that specialized in booking both corporate and leisure travel.

Carroll enjoys traveling with his wife and two kids. Favorite vacations destinations include Europe, Ireland and cruising the Bahamas.
