Auburn celebrates grand opening of downtown brokerage | Ribbon cuttings

The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce and community leaders celebrated client appreciation day and the grand opening of Better Properties Solutions/Team Synergy on Thursday at its new location, 222 1st St. NE, Auburn.

The Auburn Area Chamber of Commerce and community leaders celebrated client appreciation day and the grand opening of Better Properties Solutions/Team Synergy on Thursday at its new location, 222 1st St. NE, Auburn.

Better Properties Solutions/Team Synergy is a small, full-service brokerage that offers low fees to its agents, along with continued education and training. It offers listing, selling and rental services to its clients.

Lisa Serratos-McGregor, a realtor since 2001, is the owner and agent. She has been recognized as a top producer in the area and an award-winning team leader. She purchased Better Properties Solutions in downtown Auburn last July. Since then, the brokerage has continued to build business and help grow the downtown community.

Better Properties started out in a small Lakewood office more than 12 years ago, and since then has continued to grow to more than 24 offices throughout the state.

Serratos-McGregor would like to thank her friends, family, clients and agents for their continued support.

Business hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday–Friday. An agent is on call after hours and on weekends.
