Vendors are needed to join the Bus Barn Bonanza, a monthly business-promoting event and school district fundraiser.

The bonanza will be held on the first Saturday at the month, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Auburn School District Transportation area, 615 15th St. SW.

The bonanza premieres Saturday, May 7.

The gathering is an opportunity for businesses to promote and sell their goods, as well as support the school district.

Organizers are seeking vendors in many product areas, including crafts, jewelry, plants, baked goods, homemade items, doll makers, fresh produce, woodworkers, knitters and artists.

Spaces will fit a typical 4-by-8-foot table that vendors provide. There are no fees.

All sales revenue will go to the vendor, but tax-deductible donations of $10 or more are welcome to help cover bonanza advertising. The remaining proceeds will benefit scholarships and school district employee emergency funds.
