The City of Auburn is offering reduced utility rates and/or rebates to citizens meeting certain age and income requirements. The discount also is provided within the same financial limitations for customers who are totally and permanently disabled.

The annual renewal period is May 1-28.

Applications are available at the Utility Customer Service Center, located at One Main Street on the second floor, or by calling 253-931-3038.

A representative will be available to assist with completing the applications at the Utility Customer Service Center, (One Main Street, second floor) as follows: May 3-14 (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 a.m.-noon; Tuesday, Thursday, noon-4 p.m.). May 17-21 (Monday, Wednesday, 8 a.m.-noon). May 24-28 (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.).
