The City of Auburn presents Auburn Business 101 Workshop: Developing A Business Plan from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 4 at the City Hall Council Chambers, 25 W. Main St.

There is a lot to consider when opening a business – market research, writing a business plan and creating financial projections, to name a few. Before launching into the market you must do your homework.

Learn how to organize your ideas into a reality by understanding how to define your niche, know your customer, and research your competition.
