Tarragon hosts a grand opening Saturday to celebrate Four Lakes, Auburn/Lake Tapps’ newest luxury apartment home community.

The grand opening runs from 3-7 p.m. at the apartment community, 6821 Udall Place SE, in the Lakeland Hills area of Auburn, about one-half mile east of the Lakeland Hills Shopping Center.

With 234 residential units, Four Lakes offers an amenity-filled living environment.

“Our lodge is a greatly upgraded response to the traditional clubhouse,” said Dave Henline, Tarragon’s senior development manager of Four Lakes. “Our lodge provides a fantastic space for entertaining, private parties or just to hang out.”

The lodge has a living room, television room, conference room with attached breakout area, a kitchen and two additional gathering areas. The lodge can also be rented by residents for private events.

Besides the lodge, Four Lakes offers activity areas. The outdoor area includes a large pool, outdoor fireplace, a three-season room that can be heated in colder weather, a barbecue area, children’s play area and a fenced dog run.

In addition, the workout facilities have state-of-the-art Precor fitness equipment, locker rooms, showers and a sun tanning bed.

With another nod toward modern lifestyles, Four Lakes is completely non-smoking, pet friendly and has a water bottle refill station. The community is fully accessible, including several accessible apartment homes and a personal lift at the pool. The on-site management office is open seven days a week for leasing and to assist tenants.

“We are really proud of this community and encourage everyone to come out on Saturday and take a look,” Henline said. “We have designed the community so that it has something for everyone.”

The grand opening includes children and adult activities, food, music and prizes. The public will have the opportunity to tour the project, amenities and model units.
