Chuck Booth worked for the Auburn School District at the same time as my husband.

Mac was a mechanic for the school buses and was out of work for three months due to a blood clot. Chuck called him into his office to talk about his paid sick leave, and Mac was short about five weeks of covering the three-month absence. Chuck voluntarily transferred some of his own sick leave to Mac, so no pay was missed.

Chuck was truly a very special, caring person, and I send my condolences to his family.
