Brave New World is hosting a young musicians’ showcase at Todd Beamer High School, 35999 16th Ave S., Federal Way, on Friday and Saturday (July 23-24).
The two-hour showcase will include 10 acts of young singers, rappers and musicians, ranging from 13 to 22 years of age, from the Federal Way and Auburn areas who were discovered from the 2009 Brave New World talent search.

The showcases are from 6 to 8 p.m., with dancing to follow from 8:30 to 11:30 pm. Tickets for admission are $10 each and can be purchased at the door or online at http://theshowcasefw.eventbrite.com.
In addition to live music and dancing, the evening will have food and drink concessions and numerous raffle prizes with giveaways and gift certificates ranging from $20 to $100 from sponsors such as Target, Guitar Center, Microsoft and Century Theaters in The Commons Mall.
