Your child’s favorite doctor returns to the Auburn Avenue Theater on Sunday, Dec. 20 for an afternoon of Santa-themed science.

The Doktor Kaboom holiday show begins at 2 p.m. at the historic theater, 10 Auburn Ave.

The good Doktor, working from the assumption that science and magic are the same thing, declares Mr. Claus the world’s greatest scientist and will use basic physics attempts to recreate all of Santa’s wonders.

Creatively blending theatre arts with the wonders of scientific exploration, Doktor Kaboom! keeps his crowds riveted with interest and rolling with laughter. Join the Doktor for a sidesplitting journey of increasingly spectacular, and often successful, science experiments designed to involve, excite, educate and entertain.

Auburn Ave Kids showcases local, regional and national acts and touring presentations with an emphasis on audiences ages four through 12 and their parents.

Tickets are $10.
