Come see Recess Monkey – an acclaimed children’s music band from Seattle – at 2 p.m. Nov. 19 at the Auburn Ave Theater. Three Seattle teachers rock the house with kid-oriented music from their six jam-packed albums.

These elementary school teachers make kids music that grows out of their days in the classrooms. They continue to be praised across the country for singable, danceable songs that parents enjoy as much as their kids.

With shows across the United States, Recess Monkey is brought back again and again to keep kids and their families entertained.

The program includes songs like “Grandmom!”, “Marshmallow Farm”, and “Haven’t Got a Pet Yet.” Each family-friendly song is accessible and understandable.
