Shyan Selah & The Republic of Sound performs at 9 p.m. Saturday at Jack’s Tavern, 2425 Auburn Way N.

Continuing his “Pink Butterfly” tour that includes Starbucks throughout the nation, Selah is bringing his band, The Republic of Sound, and their unique fusion of rock/soul music to Auburn.

Jack’s is Shyan’s last stop in the Northwest before heading to the famous Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood next weekend and then to New York City, where he’ll continue to promote his new single, “Pink Butterfly,” which is helping to raise awareness for breast cancer.
