Soundbites concert moved to Auburn Ave Theater for Thursday

The City of Auburn's Soundbites concert will be held at Auburn Ave Theater (10 Auburn Ave.) this week, in light of the inclement weather forecast for Thursday.

The City of Auburn’s Soundbites concert will be held at Auburn Ave Theater (10 Auburn Ave.) this week, in light of the inclement weather forecast for Thursday.

The concert features guitarist extraordinaire Michael Powers. Bring a lunch and visit the theater at noon for the free performance.

The lineup for the remainder of the series (to be held at Auburn City Hall Plaza when the sun shines) is as follows:

• Thursday, July 31 – Off the Hook (Old school funk, R&B and classic soul)

• Thursday, Aug. 7 – Tumbling Dice (Rolling Stones Tribute)

• Thursday, Aug. 14 – Wally and the Beavs (’50s and ’60s Rock & Roll)
