The City of Auburn brings back its outdoor performing art music series, Soundbites.
The five-week series features a lively and eclectic musical mix certain to quench your ears and appetite. The series is supported by the Auburn Downtown Association.
The lineup:
• Thursday, July 11 – Off the Hook (Old school funk, R&B and classic soul)
• Thursday, July 18 – Bobby Medina’s Samba to Soul (Samba, soul and everything in between)
• Thursday, July 25 – The Castaways (Rock & Roll classics – on the ukulele)
• Thursday, Aug. 1 – Darren Motamedy (Smooth jazz)
• Thursday, Aug. 8 – Wally and the Beavs (’50s, ’60s Rock & Roll)
Girl Dog Inc. will be on site selling hotdogs at Plaza Park, or visit one of the downtown restaurants offering a Friday “Soundbites Lunch Special” with a
to-go option so you can catch the outdoor entertainment:
