Buddy, Ritchie & The Bopper “Honoring The Day the Music Died” – a tribute to the legendary musicians – plays for two nights at the Auburn Avenue Theater, 10 Auburn Ave.

Performances are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

The tribute pays respect to three entertainers who were taken from the music scene way too early – Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and J.P. “The Big Bopper” Richardson.

Backed by five professional musicians, the show will play songs like “That’ll be the Day”, “Peggy Sue”, “La Bamba”, “Chantilly Lace” and others.

Tickets are $20 regular, $18 for students and seniors.
