In the heart of Auburn lies a restaurant where American dining meets entertainment. Dave & Buster’s, a name synonymous with fun, games and good food, is stepping into a new era with an exciting menu overhaul.
“Dave and Buster’s blends the best of entertainment and dining. With our new menu, we’re taking this to the next level,” says General Manager Carl McCauley.
His vision with the new menu is chef-quality selection that appeals to every palette.
The story of Dave & Buster’s began in the late 1970s with two young entrepreneurs who noticed a trend of patrons bouncing between Dave’s arcade and Buster’s culinary offerings.
They decided to merge the two worlds under one roof – a partnership that has since grown into more than 140 locations across the nation, each offering a variety of arcade games and delicious menu items!
With 275 gaming stations boasting over 100 titles, including the cutting-edge Godzilla VR, based on the new Godzilla film, Kaiju Wars, “it’s about being pertinent, relevant and at the cutting edge,” McCauley says, explaining how games are chosen.

But the starring attraction this spring is the comprehensive overhaul of their menu. “We’ve recrafted our entire menu, with two-thirds of it being brand new.
“From sliders and flatbreads to creamy chicken Alfredo and an array of burgers and steaks, we’ve aimed to encapsulate the spirit of all-encompassing American cuisine,” he says.
This reinvention comes at a time when Dave & Buster’s in Auburn seeks to cement its place not just as a haven for gamers but as a gastronomic destination.
“We’re pushing really hard to create a menu that’s both exciting and diverse. The goal is to ensure that our guests enjoy top-notch food that complements the fun and excitement of our games,” McCauley adds.
With the brand new menu, the latest games and special offers for rewards members there’s never been a better time to visit.
As McCauley puts it, “Our job is to offer fun and excitement, but we want to be your destination for great food too. Come for the games, stay for the food, and let’s make some memories together.”
