Auburn officers were dispatched after receiving a report on May 14 at approximately 10:56 a.m. regarding a home invasion in the 2100 Block of A Street Southeast. According to the department, an individual called police to report two suspects broke into their residence and stole a safe. According to the department’s public information log, the suspects stole $1,500 in cash. Investigation into the incident continues. According to the department, police have no suspect information as of May 16.

Jewelry store robbery

Auburn police were dispatched on May 13 after receiving a report of a robbery at approximately 7:03 p.m. in the 1100 Block of Outlet Collection Way Southwest. According to the department, a smash and grab occurred at a jewelry store in the mall. As of May 16, the department is still in the early stages of investigating the incident and does not have many details to provide, according to Kolby Crossley, public information officer for the department. Weapons offense

Auburn police dispatched after receiving a report at 7:10 p.m. May 11 regarding a weapons offense in the 31600 Block of 124th Avenue Southeast.
