Auburn Police Department Citizen’s Academy: Class begins March 7, and attendance is free of charge, but registration is required as space is limited. Academy consists of 11 Wednesday evening class sessions from 6:30-9:30 and one Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Class graduation is May 16. CERT courses: The City of Auburn Emergency Management Office, in conjunction with the White River Valley Citizen Corps Council and the Valley Regional Fire Authority, offers Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training courses to area residents. White River Valley Museum: Exhibits: Best Friends, Antique Photographs of Animals and their People, Jan .11-April 15.
