Plant sale: 9 a.m.-7 p.m., May 8; 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Saturday, Auburn Mountainview High School, 28900 124th Ave. SE. Horticulture program hosting its fourth annual plant sale. Parking and admission are free. The plants are hand grown in the school greenhouse with many new varieties for this year, including annuals, perennials, baskets, mixed containers, herbs, vegetables, fuchsias, geraniums and petunias. Prices range from $1-$16. Door prizes will be drawn every half-hour, need not be present to win.
Clean Sweep: 7:30 a.m., May 9, beginning at Auburn City Hall, 25 W. Main St., with group registration and a pancake breakfast prepared by Kiwanis Club of Auburn.
