Auburn joins Haiti relief effort

Auburn is extending a hand in the Haiti relief effort. The Help Haiti Relief Fund – organized by the Northwest Caribbean Connection in collaboration with the City of Auburn – is holding a benefit event from 4 p.m. to midnight Feb. 27 at the Auburn Avenue Theater, 10 Auburn Ave.

Auburn is extending a hand in the Haiti relief effort.

The Help Haiti Relief Fund – organized by the Northwest Caribbean Connection in collaboration with the City of Auburn – is holding a benefit event from 4 p.m. to midnight Feb. 27 at the Auburn Avenue Theater, 10 Auburn Ave.

There will be live music and free food. Cash donations will be accepted at the door, with the proceeds benefiting victims of earthquake-ravished Haiti.
