Nov. 19

Theft: Overnight, 11000 block of Southeast 284th Street. While she was staying at a gentleman’s house, a woman known to the aforesaid stole his phone, snatched up his casino winnings and took off.

Vandalism: Overnight, 1000 block of Auburn Way South. Unknown suspects spritzed graffiti all over the wall of an Auburn business, much to its owners fury.

Bike theft: 12 p.m., 12000 block of Southeast 312th Street. Somebody stole a black-and-silver Hyper bicycle from an apartment complex.

Possession of burglary and theft tools: 11:55 p.m., 801 Auburn Way N. Police arrested a man for possessing auto theft tools and for having a felony warrant.

Theft: Overnight, 4900 block of Highland Court Southeast. Somebody, or several somebodies in criminal cahoots, stole an undisclosed quantity of wire from a van.

Nov. 20

Fraud: 11:24 a.m., 1200 block of 30th Street Southeast. A week earlier, a woman told police, she willingly transferred $5,600 via Western Union to numerous unknown people in Jamaica who had claimed to be with Publishers Clearing House, but were not.

Street robbery with knife: 12 p.m., 800 block of Auburn Way North. A male reported a robbery involving a knife.

Theft: 7:38 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. A suspect stole stuff from a business and skedaddled on legs of undisclosed gender.

Trespassing: 7:53 p.m., 1825 Howard Road SE. Auburn Skate Connection told a misbehaving man in effect, to get on his bad motor scooter and ride.

Theft: Overnight, 20 block of L Street Southeast. Somebody stole a large mirror that had been posted in an alley to prevent accidents.

Theft: 4 p.m., 510 M St. SE. Somebody stole a handicap placard from a vehicle.

Robbery with firearm: 4:10 a.m., 400 block of 29th Street Southeast. A carjacking was reported.

Theft: 8:55 a.m., 1400 block of 30th Street Southeast. A woman went to her granddaughter’s apartment to help move her in, and when she returned to her car, a window was broken, items were missing from the granddaughter’s beauty school bags and tools were gone. The losses prevented her from going to school that day because she had nothing to work with.

Nov. 22

Robbery with weapon: 1:39 p.m., 1241 Auburn Way N. A shoplift with a stabbing was reported at the Dollar Tree store. An employee had confronted a man for shoplifting at the store, but the suspect assaulted this employee before fleeing the scene. Police later found the suspect.

Assault with hands and fists: 3:23 p.m.. 2400 block of F Street Northeast. A man called police to report that his roommate and her daughter were arguing and that the daughter had pushed her mother down and may have seriously injured her.

Theft: 12 a.m., 3520 Pacific Avenue S. Somebody stole a utility trailer.

Vandalism; 10:57 a.m., 506 23rd St. SE. Somebody cut two holes in the perimeter fence of a business

Nov. 25

Theft: 1:30 p.m., 110 block of O Street Northeast. Somebody thieved another person’s lawn tools.

Nov. 26

DUI: 12:45 p.m., 28000 block of 132nd Avenue Southeast. A male was arrested for DUI, for hit and run to an unattended property and for resisting arrest. The male had struck several objects but continued driving until he stopped at a local school. The male then refused commands from police once contacted. He was found to be intoxicated and a warrant was obtained for his blood. Police booked the guy into SCORE.

Nov. 27

Trespassing: 5:31 a.m., 521 Auburn Way S. A man making a pain in the head of himself to an ex-girlfriend at her place of employment got the boot from said business.

Nov. 28

Theft: 4:55 a.m., 11000 block of Southeast 310th Street. A resident called to report the theft of a hedge trimmer from his vehicle.

Threatening: 8 p.m., 32000 block of 105th Place Southeast. Two girls were arrested for threatening through social mediato shoot students at Auburn High School.

Nov. 29

Funny money: 1531 Auburn Way N. 4:39 p.m. A woman tried to use two counterfeit $20 bills right under the nose of Mayor McCheese, but the keen-eyed mayor was onto her.
