Auburn Police blotter | Dec. 8

Auburn Police responded to the following calls for service, among many others, between Nov. 28 and 30:

Nov. 28

Theft of vehicle: Overnight, 7200 block of Marshall Avenue Southeast. Somebody stole a box van in Auburn, and a Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy recovered it.

Burglary: Overnight, 523 A St. SE. A burglar burglarized a business.

Burglary: Overnight, 402 Lund Road SW. Somebody stole aluminum wheels from GCR Tire, number and value of said tires one of those undisclosed things.

Burglary: Overnight, 1414 Lake Tapps Parkway SE. In an attempt to burglarize a business, somebody damaged a commercial fire control closet.

Vandalism: 12:10 a.m., 210 37th St. SE. A vandal, or vandals unknown damaged a known fence by unknown means.

Nov. 29

Burglary: Overnight, 531 A St. SE. An unknown bad person burglarized a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad building.

Fraud: 10 a.m., 762 Outlet Collection Drive SW. A female tried to use confirmed stolen checks at a business.

Agency assist: 7:39 a.m., 24800 38th Avenue S. Four suspects with guns carjacked a vehicle, Kent Police found the vehicle, and the following high-speed pursuit ended with a crash. A K9 unit found the vehicle’s driver, and police took him into custody.

Package theft: 1:38 p.m., 5311 S 319th St. Somebody stole a package from a residential porch.

Nov. 30

Narcan administered: 3:06 a.m., 202 H St. SE. Police took a man to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center for observation following the administration of Narcan to save his life after a heroin overdose.
