Feb. 22

Fraud: 12:50 p.m., 4700 block of Mill Pond Drive Southeast. Between Nov. 1 and Nov. 28, somebody stole a woman’s identity and bought a bunch of stuff.

Bike theft: 12:05 p.m., 3850 D Place Southeast. Those bikes had been locked together under the stairs outside an apartment, but a thief took them both.

Theft from vehicle: 6 a.m., 636 8th St. NE. Thieves broke into a man’s vehicle and took his W2s, his pay stubs, his car registration, his bank statement, his checks and other items.

Feb. 24

Shoplifting: 5:55 p.m., 1072 Auburn Way N. An unknown male stole an expensive automotive tool from AutoZone and fled in an unknown, licensed blue sedan.

Purloining poultry parts: 7:05 p.m., 101 Auburn Way S. A City of Auburn employee saw a man trying to thieve six chicken thighs from Safeway, so he detained the would-be thief outside for shoplifting.

Feb. 26

Burglary: Overnight, 1319 Auburn Way N. In the wee, small hours of the morning, somebody shattered Villa Cleaners’ front glass door.

Jack says git: 8:24 p.m., 524 A St. SE. Finding a woman’s conduct abhorrent, Jack told her she was not welcome in his box any longer.

Feb. 28

CPS referral: 7:59 a.m., Howard Road Southeast. Having removed a 10-year-old kid from an unstable environment, police referred the matter to CPS for a follow-up investigation.

Trespassing: 12:47 p.m., 1101 Outlet Collection Way SW. For acts of undisclosed wickedness, a man got the business end of the boot from all Outlet mall property.

Trespassing: 9:38 a.m., 1811 Howard Road SE. Coin Laundry wanted no more to do with a certain man and two women, so out those three doers of undisclosed wrong went.

Over exposure: 9 p.m., 762 Outlet Collection Drive SW. A male exposed himself at Walmart and somebody noticed.
